Manufacturing
Every cutting die is made by our sophisticated manufacturing team, and strict quality control is implemented throughout the whole process. This ensures cutting dies will be accurate, reliable and durable, providing aesthetically pleasing die cut products.
Our superior quality cutting dies are manufactured through many steps including die construction, die board laser cutting, automatic rule bending, steel rule insertion, ejection rubber placement and product testing. Each step has to be confirmed before starting the next process. In addition, our supervisor will carry out rigorous inspection for the final cutting dies before shipping.
